Interior layout
The interior has an aft cabin with a large athwartship double berth, hanging locker and bureau. The owner's cabin forward is , comfortable and well ventilated and has a private entrance to the head. Cruisers love storage space and the Catalina 36 is renowned for it. There are ample drawers, lockers and bins for all your cruising provisions and gear.
Galley
The galley and main cabin have received special attention to design and detail. Thegalley is a functional 'LJ' shape, with composite counter tops, sinks are near centerline for proper drainage underway. A large refrigerated ice box is aft and a dry food locker is forward. A gimbaled, stainless steel LPG stove with oven is standard equipment.
Electronic Equipment
This vessel is fully equipped with the following equipment all located at the steering station for ultimate safety and convenience:
Raymarine Radar and Moving Map Display. Autohelm Wind Speed and Direction, Depth Sounder, Knott & Log. Standard Horizon VHF with DSC Display/Mic. Autohelm Autopilot. Marine Stereo & TV are located below decks with Marine Speakers in the cockpit
Electrical System
Two Deep Cycle 12V 225AH batteries assure adequate power for those long cruises and the 80A alternator will keep them charged even with short runs of the engine. There is also a built-in battery charging system that will keep the batteries topped off while at the dock.
Other Equipment
An Electric Windless makes anchoring easy whether putting down or picking up the 35-pound plow or the 22-pound Danforth lunch hook. There is also a built in Pressure Wash system that will keep the topsides neat and clean even while anchored or at a mooring.
The vessel is also equipped with a full air conditioning system that operates from it's own shore power outlet.
Remarks
This boat is in like new condition with all equipment in excellent shape. It is currently in the water in Provincetown Massachusetts and is in sail away condition.
